Bindery & Finishing
Cerlox Binding
The binding method can be used for binding reports or specifications up to 2” in thickness. Cerlox bound reports will lay flat on a desk for easy reference. Cerlox combs available in black or white.
Plasticoil/Spiro Binding
A continuous plastic coil is threaded into a series of small holes running the length of the binding edge. This results in bound pages that are resistant to tearing, will lay flat when open or may be folded back 360 degrees. Coils are available in black and white, with custom colour available on special request.
Twin Loop Wire Binding
Twin loop or wire binding is a unique permanent system which has no sharp edges, can either lay flat or the pages can be turned 360 degrees. This style of binding is strong, durable and stylish. Available in black only up to 1 ¼” in thickness, it works great for calendars, books and catalogues.
Perfect Binding
This type of binding is used in the binding of soft cover books or reports where a flexible adhesive is used to attach a wrap-around paper cover to the spine of text pages. Perfect binding is available of books from 5” x 8” up to and including 8 ½” x 11” with a maximum thickness of 2”.
Saddle Stitch/Squareback Signature Booklets
Saddle Stitching is the least expensive method for creating books and other bound documents, yet produces a very professional looking document.
Square back binding is an affordable solution between saddle stitching and perfect binding. The only difference is the two small staples in the spine. Very impressive results.
