General/Anon Ftp Folder

Here are the steps in sending us a file using FTP software to our anon ftp folder. If your file is 5 mb or less, you are welcome to email us your file at repro@islandblue.com.

1. Before You Send - File Compression
   After you have created your files, please compress them into one file using compression software such as WINZIP for Pc's or STUFFIT EXPANDER for Mac's.
2. Sending Your File - FTP Software
   Use an ftp program such as CuteFtp or AceFtp for PC's. Mozilla Firefox users can use FireFTP (a downloadable browser extension). Internet Explorer users can simply type the ftp address (ftp.islandblue.com) into the address bar. Fetch or Transmit is available for Mac systems.
3. Log in to our FTP site
   Using your ftp software, log into our anon ftp folder at ftp.islandblue.com.
   The login name is anon and the password is anon. The directory path (for Mac users) is: anon. Internet Explorer users: To view the FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.
4. PLEASE NOTE: While you may see other folders on our server, you will not be able to upload files to, or see the contents of the other folders. You will only be able to upload your file(s) to the anon folder.
5. Upload your compressed file
   Once you have logged in, transfer your compressed file from your computer to our anon ftp folder. Once your file transfer is complete then you can logoff from our site.
6. New Enhanced Security Settings
   You can copy your folder and files to the anon folder as before, but if you make a mistake and need to copy the same file to the anon folder, you must rename the file. The system will not permit you to overwrite the file. Likewise, if you create a folder on the anon directory, you will not be able to rename the folder and will need to rename a new folder. If this happens, please notify us by email indicating the names of which file/folder is correct.
7. Notify us
   Once you have completed your file transfer, please notify us by email (repro@islandblue.com) with instructions for your file.
8. Pick Up a Scan
   If you do not have a private folder, you can pick up scan files from us by using our pickup folder. The login is pickup and the password is customer

    

Your Own Personal Ftp Folder

Here are the steps in sending us a file using FTP software to your own ftp folder. Having your own ftp folder offers more rights than the anon folder and will allow you to drop off files, pickup files and edit files. If your file is 5 mb or less then you are welcome to email us your file at repro@islandblue.com.

1. Contact us
   To establish your own FTP folder, please contact and provide your sales representative with a login name and password.
2. Before You Send - File Compression
